We recognize this is a difficult time for many. At Edison, we are doing our part to provide support in these challenging times to safeguard our employees, communities, customers and candidates. As a result, you may be asked to leverage digital tools such as video interviewing and/or other formats. Should you advance through the recruitment and hiring process, instructions will be provided by our Human Resources team. We appreciate your patience and continued interest in careers with Edison.
Solving one of the greatest challenges we face will take thousands of professionals working together¬—creative, curious minds, all focused on a bold, new energy strategy to power our planet. At SCE, you’ll help lead the way with your technical knowledge, engineering and design expertise. Join us as we create smarter grids, reduce carbon emissions for cleaner air and redefine the potential in electric power.
EMPOWERED TO INNOVATE
Our mission is bold and the stakes are high. Our Transmission and Distribution Organizational Unit (T&D) is responsible for all of the facilities throughout our 50,000-square-mile territory, delivering electricity to 14 million residents. It’s here that SCE engineers are immersed in capital expansion and infrastructure replacement projects, plus they support transmission, substation and distribution systems, too. With powerful resources and the support of an entire organization behind them, our engineers are redefining what’s possible and transforming the grid.
Every day we’re creating a brighter future, fueling innovations that are changing the way we look at energy. Take a look at few things we're working on:
Modernizing the grid
We’re working toward a grid that supports high levels of carbon-free resources and integrates new technologies and services—all while being safe, reliable and resilient.
