We recognize this is a difficult time for many. At Edison, we are doing our part to provide support in these challenging times to safeguard our employees, communities, customers and candidates. Due to evolving changes related to the COVID-19 situation, we're exploring alternative ways to safely continue the recruitment and hiring process. As a result, you may be asked to leverage digital tools such as video interviewing and/or other formats. Should you advance through the recruitment and hiring process, instructions will be provided by our Human Resources team. We appreciate your patience and continued interest in careers with Edison.

Our New Talent Programs
We love connecting students with opportunities that can shape and advance their careers. Our internship program
offers you the chance to work alongside awesome people on real projects.
If you have an MBA, experience, and a strong interest in energy, we'd love to hear from you. The diverse rotation experiences makes SCE the perfect place to take expand your knowledge and refine your skills as a future leader. So don't be shy.
An internship with us gives you real-world experience, constant learning, and ongoing support to grow personally
and professionally. To be considered for an internship, you need to be enrolled full-time
in an accredited university or college, and you should be returning for
at least a term, semester or quarter following your internship period.
Beyond that, if you’re ready to work with remarkable people in a place where you’ll be encouraged to
think big, we want to hear from you.
An internship with us gives you the chance to make real contributions to real projects, work directly with mentors
and senior leaders, network with peers, and have access to valuable resources and cool events opportunities throughout
Our MBA Leadership Program is aimed at building a pipeline of future leaders. It’s the perfect opportunity to propel your career. You’ll move through real jobs and work with a variety of experts and leaders. If selected, you’ll be placed in different rotational assignments over a two-year period to gain a broad understanding of our company. No one experience will be the same—your path will combine your career interests with SCE business needs. You’ll have access to career planning resources, leadership coaching, and mentorships with senior leaders. So if you’re prepared to take on new challenges, and like the idea of delivering results, this could be where your path begins.
Offers of employment from Southern California Edison are contingent upon candidates passing a background
