Internship Program Overview

An internship with us gives you real-world experience, constant learning, and ongoing support to grow personally and professionally. To be considered for an internship, you need to be enrolled full-time in an accredited university or college, and you should be returning for at least a term, semester or quarter following your internship period.

Beyond that, if you’re ready to work with remarkable people in a place where you’ll be encouraged to think big, we want to hear from you.

MBA Leadership Development Program

Our MBA Leadership Program is aimed at building a pipeline of future leaders. It’s the perfect opportunity to propel your career. You’ll move through real jobs and work with a variety of experts and leaders. If selected, you’ll be placed in different rotational assignments over a two-year period to gain a broad understanding of our company. No one experience will be the same—your path will combine your career interests with SCE business needs. You’ll have access to career planning resources, leadership coaching, and mentorships with senior leaders. So if you’re prepared to take on new challenges, and like the idea of delivering results, this could be where your path begins.

Hiring Process for Intern and Recent grad

Internship positions are posted during the Fall for the following summer while Recent Grad positions are posted as business needs come up.

For Internship positions, the detailed timeline typically is the following:

  • Internship Positions are typically posted in the fall
  • SCE attends a majority of Campus Events (career fairs, info sessions, networking events, conferences) during the fall
  • Interview process starts during the fall-winter
  • Offers start getting extended from fall – winter
  • Successful Interns start pre-boarding process in April
  • Intern program starts from May through June
  • Join us on campus to learn more and talk to our team
